Meditation course
You have the choice of joining us on Thursday, March 17th, 2011 or Friday the 18th from 18:30-20:00 for the first session of a once a week class on the basics of Ananda Marga meditation. The course will run for 4 weeks and will include the practice of meditation as well as interesting and practical aspects of yoga philosophy. We are asking a 40 euros donation for the whole course. Spirituality, Children and Mothering                 
Children have an inherent spiritual nature.
How do we recognize it and encourage it and most importantly, learn from it?
We will get together for an informal discussion about such aspects as:

Samskaric (karmic) influences showing up even before birth
The teachings of Madalasa, an ancient Indian model of motherhood
The physiology of love as seen through the process of birth and mothering
Children as spiritual teachers, from pregnancy to infancy and beyond
Singing and a mother’s song for her child
Giving our infants and all our children responsibility for their lives

Plus, we will do kiirtan- singing of Baba Nam Kevalam- and a mother’s releasing breath
